Brief Introduction

Qing YANG received his B.E. degree (advanced class) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Ph.D. degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, respectively. He is currently a tenure-track associate professor in the College of Electronics and Information Engineering and also principal researcher in the Blockchain Technology Research Center in Shenzhen University. Qing’s research interests include blockchain technology, intelligent energy, and wireless networking. He prefers system implementation than mathematical modeling. He is now looking for both academic and industrial collaborations in the area of blockchain and smart energy.

[1]High-performance consensus algorithm design and implementation: parallel, asynchronous, high-throughput byzantine fault-tolerant consensus algorithms and simulation of large-scale blockchain systems.

[2]Smart contract and its applications: smart contract functionality expansion, decentralized rule engines, blockchain gaming.

[3]Decentralized energy systems: blockchain system for smart grids, decentralized energy management algorithms and system implementation.
