Brief Introduction

Xiyao Liu was born in Chizhou, Anhui, China. He received the B.Sc. degree in electronic information engineering from the Civil Aviation University of China, Tianjin, China, in 2013, the M.Eng. degree in radio physics from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree from the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, SAR, China, in 2021.,He was an Assistant Engineer with Huawei Technologies Company Ltd., Shenzhen, China, from 2016 to 2017. He was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the City University of Hong Kong, from 2021 to 2022. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Radio Frequency Heterogeneous Integration, and the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen.


Current Research Directions

Antenna in package, dielectric resonator antenna, reconfigurable antennas, mm-wave technology, beamforming technology.
