Brief Introduction

Wang Dingguan is an Assistant Professor/Distinguished Associate Researcher at Shenzhen University. He is a Doctoral/Master supervisor, and a member of the National Key Laboratory of RF Heterogeneous Integration. He received doctorate degree from the National University of Singapore in 2021. He is interested in the synthesis of semiconductor thin films and their electronic devices, RF heterogeneous integration, chip stacking technology, and has published more than 35 papers in top-tier journals, including ACS Nano, Angew.Chem., IEEE TED, Small. He teaches the courses of “Principles of Integrated Circuit Technology” and “Semiconductor Materials”, and has won the Academic Rising Star Award, National Scholarship for graduate students, Outstanding graduate, Best poster Award. He has been a reviewer for academic journals, including ACS Nano, Small, Langmuir, Materials Today Electronics.
