1. Brief Introduction

Xiao Pan is currently an Assistant Professor in the College of Electronics and Information Engineering at Shenzhen University. His primary research interests lie in 3D vision, multimodal AI, and AI-Generated Content (AIGC). He received his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Zhejiang University in 2025, under the supervision of Professor Yi Yang. During his studies, he has published 5 first-author papers in top-tier international journals and conferences in computer vision and multimedia. He has gained substantial industry experience and international academic exposure, having served as a research intern in the Foundation Model Group at Alibaba's Tongyi Lab and conducted an academic visit at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He has been honored with awards such as the National Ph.D. Scholarship and the Academic Excellence Scholarship from Zhejiang University. He serves regularly as a reviewer for several premier international conferences and journals. He maintains close academic collaborations with Professor Yi Yang (Zhejiang University), Professor Yu Wu (Wuhan University), Professor Zhe Dong Zheng (University of Macau), and Alibaba DAMO Academy, among others.

The following positions are currently open for application:

[1] Postdoctoral Researcher: We are actively seeking postdoctoral researchers in the areas of 3D reconstruction, understanding, and AIGC. Prior publications in top-tier conferences or journals are preferred.

[2] Research Intern: Undergraduate students with a strong interest in 3D vision, multimodal AI, AIGC, and related fields are welcome to apply for research intern positions. Interns will be deeply involved in active research projects and receive comprehensive guidance.

[3] Master's Students: We plan to admit one master's student for enrollment in September 2026. Students with backgrounds in computer vision, machine learning, or related areas are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will receive all-around guidance in research ideation, code implementation, and academic writing. Priority will be given to those interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in the future. Outstanding students may be recommended for Ph.D. programs at institutions such as Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, or the University of Macau.
