1. Job Titles:Hundred Talents Program (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor)

Basic requirements for the position:

A. Below 35 years old.

B. With bachelor, master and doctoral degrees of a renowned domestic or overseas university;

C. Having published at least 10/8/6 papers in some authoritative journals or top conferences, such as IEEE Transaction /CCFA/Q1 of one of the main categories of Chinese Academy of Sciences as the first author or corresponding author in the past 5 years(Applicable to professor/associate professor/assistant professor respectively).

D. 2 years of research experience in other universities or research institutions after obtaining a doctor's degree; and those who have gotten a national program as a moderator in the past five years will be given priority (Associate Professor)

E. Having gotten a national general program or equivalent as a moderator in the past five years; and having gotten a deputy senior title.(Professor)


(2)Salaries and benefits:

A. Salaries: you can get a post subsidy of the “Hundred Talents Program” within 6 years of your employment. The comprehensive annual salary of assistant professor is at least RMB 600,000 yuan, that of associate professor is at least RMB 690,000 yuan, and of professor is at least RMB 830,000 yuan. Employees can also get Class C post allowance of the special position equivalent to RMB 240,000 yuan/year for Shenzhen's "Pengcheng Peacock Program". Candidates who meet the requirements for the new coming doctoral talents in Shenzhen can apply for a living subsidy of RMB 100,000 yuan.
