(1)Basic requirements for the position:
A. Normally below 35 years old;
B. Within 3 years after graduation with a doctor degree;
C. Strong scientific research ability and high academic level;
D. Rigorous scientific attitude, team-work spirit, physical and mental health, and capability meeting the job requirements.
(2)Salaries and benefits:
A. Remuneration from Shenzhen municipal government
a. Shenzhen municipal government will provide a living subsidy of RMB 180,000 yuan per person every year to the postdoctor who has passed all the the opening examination and the mid-term examination during his/her scientific research, with a total of no more than RMB 360,000 yuan.
b.The municipal government will grant RMB 300,000 yuan to the post-doctor who has completed his/her scientific research work as scientific research investment or pre-start-up expenses.
c.Those who meet the requirements of Shenzhen Talent Plan can apply for corresponding housing subsidies.
d.If the subsidy policy of Shenzhen for postdoctoral talents is changed, the latest document shall prevail.
B. Remuneration from Shenzhen University
a. Shenzhen University will provide you with a comprehensive annual salary of RMB 160,000 yuan at least.
b. Excellent Postdoctoral Training Program of Shenzhen University: Shenzhen University will grant entry rearwards to excellent postdoctors during their entry for scientific research, and grant scientific research rewards to those who have achieved excellent scientific research achievements during the completion of their scientific research.
c. Qualified postdoctors can apply for professional technical qualifications.
d.Outstanding postdoctors who meet the policy requirements of the university may become our teachers.
e. Postdoctors can apply for scientific research subsidies of all levels as the responsible person during their scientific research.
f.Postdoctors can voluntarily choose to settle down in Shenzhen City with a household registration for scientific research. Those who choose to do so can settle their spouses and minor children together with them. Admission and enrollment to kindergarten and schools of postdoctors’ children shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Shenzhen City.
