个人简介

赵晓锦,深圳大学射频异质异构集成全国重点实验室特聘教授博士生导师,入选国家级青年人才计划和斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。长期从事CMOS图像传感SOC芯片、MEMS-CMOS气体传感SOC芯片和集成电路硬件安全方向的研究5主持国家重点研发计划国家特支计划国家自然科学基金JKW重点项目华为海思技术开发重点项目、广汽研究院技术开发重点项目10纵向和横向科研项目,经费超过2000万元迄今为止在IEEE JSSCTCAS-I/IITIFSTVLSITCADVLSI SymposiumCICCESSCIRCASSCCMEMSISCAS一系列国际期刊和会议上发表115篇文章(SCI国际期刊论文56篇,EI国际会议论文59篇),撰写书籍章节2章,授权发明专利16,其中论文的谷歌学术引用次数为1830次,h因子为23i10因子为49。曾获IEEE MEMS’2020杰出论文奖(全球仅三篇,系该国际顶级会议举办30余届以来,内地高校第二次荣获此奖项IEEE EDL’2020封面论文,IEEE EDSSC’2018最佳学生论文奖,AsianHOST’2019最佳论文奖提名。现任IEEE高级会员,IEEE Sensors Journal编委(Associate Editor),IEEE TCAS-I客座编辑(Guest Editor),IEEE电路与系统学会(CASS)专家委员会委员,IEEE电路与系统学会深圳分会主席2020-2023以及深圳市半导体异质集成技术重点实验室副主任,并担任包括DACISCASAPCCASPrimeAsiaAsianHOST等多个权威国际会议的TPC委员、大会主席、技术委员会共同主席和分会场主席等。

1. CMOS图像传感SOC芯片,包括可信图像传感芯片、偏振图像传感芯片、感算融合图像传感芯片等;

2. MEMS-CMOS气体传感SOC芯片,包括MEMS-CMOS异质集成技术、气体传感接口电路、气体识别AI算法及其轻量化ASIC实现等;

3. 集成电路硬件安全芯片,包括物理不可克隆函数PUF芯片、真随机数发生器TRNG芯片等。
