个人简介

潘晓芳博士,深圳大学射频异质异构集成全国重点实验室、电子与信息工程学院副教授。于2010年、2015年分别获东南大学学士、香港科技大学电子及计算机哲学博士学位。2015年,评为优秀青年教师培养人选(简称“荔园优青”);2016年,评为深圳市海外高层次人才;2017年,评为南山区领航人才;2021年,评为深圳市国内高层次人才;2024年,入选斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。研究方向涵盖但不限于:传感器阵列信号的算法处理,尤其聚焦于复杂混合气体环境中基于人工智能算法的气体成分识别、浓度测量及系统鲁棒性;传感器与CMOS芯片工艺的兼容性;传感器阵列集成、传感器材料合成以及基于微电子工艺的传感器制备等关键技术。曾主持国家自然科学基金一项,省部级项目3项,深圳市项目3项,广汽研究院技术开发项目等多项纵向和横向科研项目,总经费超过800万元。迄今为止,在《ACS Nano》《Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical》《IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers》《IEEE Electron Device Letters》《IEEE Sensors》《Applied Surface Science》等国际顶尖期刊与会议上发表SCI/EI收录论文70余篇,撰写书籍章节1章,获授权发明专利6项。谷歌学术引用总次数达1601次,h因子为20,i10因子为34。长期担任《Sensors and Actuators B》《IEEE Sensors》《IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems》等多个国际权威期刊和会议的审稿人。

主要研究方向

1、面向气体传感器阵列的人工智能算法研究及其轻量化ASIC实现;

2、MEMS-CMOS气体传感SoC芯片设计,包括MEMS-CMOS异质集成技术与气体传感接口电路;

3、气体传感器相关技术,包括气敏材料的合成与传感器器件的微纳加工制备。
