个人简介:

闫岩,博士,深圳大学副教授,特聘研究员,深圳市高层次人才,南山区领航人才,深圳大学优秀班主任。2016年获得香港城市大学获得哲学博士学位,同年入职深圳大学。主要从事基于半导体器件(薄膜晶体管,传感器)与异质异构集成方向的相关科学与应用研究。已在国际期刊IEEE Electron Device Lett., Appl. Phys. Lett., Adv. Electron. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Inter. 等杂志和会议发表论文70多篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、广东省自然科学基金项目、广东省教育厅青年创新人才项目等多个项目。


研究方向:

薄膜晶体管;光探测器;硅与化合物半导体异质异构集成。
