周杰,深圳大学电子与信息工程学院“百人计划”助理教授,射频异质异构集成全国重点实验室成员,长期从事射频/微波/毫米波/太赫兹集成电路与微系统研究。主持国家级项目1项。近年来发表期刊/会议论文40余篇,含IEEE JSSC、ISSCC、TCAS-I、CICC等;授权专利4件(含欧美专利2件)。兼任IEEE MWCL、TCAS-I/II等多个SCI期刊审稿人。
