个人简介
赵晓锦副教授(IEEE高级会员)于2005年获得北京大学微电子学学士学位和数学与应用数学双学士学位,并于2010年获得香港科技大学电机及电子工程学博士学位。2010年至2011年在香港科技大学电子与计算机工程学系担任博士后副研究员(Research Associate),2011年底加入深圳大学,2014年被国家外专局选派赴比利时欧洲微电子研究中心(IMEC)访问研究,现任电子与信息工程学院副教授。长期从事面向物联网应用的CMOS/MEMS传感芯片及其相关硬件安全芯片技术研究,近年来主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部深港、深澳交流研究项目、广东省自然科学基金项目以及深圳市孔雀计划技术创新项目在内的多个纵向科研项目。迄今为止在IEEE旗下包括TCAS-I,TCAD,TVLSI,TIFS,TIP,TED,EDL,Sensors-J等一系列国际权威期刊和会议上发表了98篇文章(SCI期刊论文45篇,EI国际会议论文53篇)并申请21项发明专利和集成电路布图设计。曾获IEEE MEMS’2020最佳论文奖,IEEE EDL’2020封面论文,IEEE EDSSC’2018最佳学生论文奖,AsianHOST’2017和AsianHOST’2020最佳论文奖提名。现任IEEE Sensors Journal副编辑(Associate Editor),IEEE电路与系统(CAS)国际技术委员会委员以及IEEE电路与系统深圳分会主席。
