个人简介:

闫岩,博士,硕士生导师,深圳大学助理教授,特聘副研究员,深圳市高层次人才,南山区领航人才。2016年获得香港城市大学获得哲学博士学位,同年5月入职深圳大学。主要从事基于薄膜晶体管器件的相关应用研究,具体应用如薄膜晶体管,显示器控制背板电路、光传感器、气体传感器等。已在国际期刊IEEE Electron Device Lett., Appl. Phys. Lett., Adv. Electron. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.等杂志发表论文多篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、广东省自然科学基金项目、广东省教育厅青年创新人才项目等多个项目。

研究方向:

薄膜晶体管;电子器件稳定性与可靠性;光探测器;气体传感器;微纳米尺度器件制备及应用(逻辑电路、数据存储、能源、传感器等)
