姜梅,女,2012年获北京大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。目前为深圳大学电子与信息工程学院副教授主要教授的课程包括模拟电子技术、CMOS模拟集成电路设计(本科)、模拟集成电路设计(研究生)、微电子技术基础等。研究领域为高性能模拟与射频集成电路设计。主持并完成国家自然科学青年基金项目1项、深圳市面上项目1项、深圳市基础研究项目2项,作为唯一参与方参加深圳市技术攻关项目1项、深圳市重点项目1项。目前,已累计发表本专业领域高水平学术论文40篇,获得授权专利6项、集成电路版图专利2项。
