姜梅,女,2012年获北京大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。目前为深圳大学电子与信息工程学院副教授。主要教授的课程包括模拟电子技术、CMOS模拟集成电路设计(本科)、模拟集成电路设计(研究生)、微电子技术基础等。研究领域为高性能模拟与射频集成电路设计。主持并完成国家自然科学青年基金项目1项、深圳市面上项目1项、深圳市基础研究项目2项,作为唯一参与方参加深圳市技术攻关项目1项、深圳市重点项目1项。目前,已累计发表本专业领域高水平学术论文40篇,获得授权专利6项、集成电路版图专利2项。
