1.招聘研究方向

招收电子通信、信号处理等相关方向博士后/专职研究人员多名，方向包括但不限于：

1)新一代无线通信（5G/6G通信、无线大数据等）；

2)信息安全（物理层认证、物理层隐秘通信、物理层密钥生成、物理层信息隐藏、信息隐藏检测等）；

3)机器学习（包括监督学习、非监督学习、深度学习等）。

2.岗位职责

1)撰写发表IEEE Trans级别学术论文；

2)参加相关国内、国外学术交流会议，协助导师完成科研项目；

3)协助导师完善实验室建设。

3.应聘条件

1)应为博士毕业生，应聘博士后的年龄应在35周岁以下，具有较强的英语阅读和写作能力。

2)具有良好的学术道德和严谨科学态度、身体健康、能胜任岗位的工作要求。

3)有较强的无线通信、信息安全和信号处理方面的研究经验，以第一作者在相关方向发表SCI论文2篇及以上。

4.聘期待遇

1)专职（副）研究员薪酬由深圳大学发放，工资实行年薪制，参考深圳大学（副）研究员工资待遇，年薪32万起（含税），并享受深圳大学社保及公积金等相关福利。具体工资待遇根据学历、研究经历、科研能力等评定。

2)博士后待遇32万以上，其中包含广东省、深圳市的免税补贴18万/年，并享受深圳大学社保及公积金等相关福利，科研成果（论文、项目）等组内还有额外的奖励，相关超额完成的成果还可申请深圳大学博士后奖后奖。
