张睿于2016年在中国南京东南大学信息科学与工程学院获得工学学士学位,2020年12月在悉尼大学电气与信息工程学院获得博士学位,师从Branka Vucetic教授和程鹏教授。2021年至2024年,他在香港中文大学信息工程系担任博士后研究员,隶属于由陈赫教授领导的无线网络与感知 (WiNS) 研究组。他目前担任深圳大学助理教授,所在的课题组由全智教授领导。
