丁光龙,助理教授/特聘副研究员,射频异质异构集成全国重点实验室成员。2012年本科毕业于郑州大学,2017年博士毕业于中国农业大学,2017年进入深圳大学从事博士后与专职副研究员工作。主要从事光电神经形态器件及异质异构集成,2017年至今,以第一或通讯作者在Nature Electronics, Chemical Society Reviews, Applied Physics Reviews, Advanced Functional Materials, Small等国际知名期刊上发表SCI论文17篇,总影响因子大于200,其中中科院一区论文8篇,申请国家发明专利3项,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,担任Nano energy,Chemical Engineering Journal等多个期刊审稿人,曾获优秀博士毕业生、陶氏奖学金、研究生国家奖学金等荣誉奖励。
