黄建军 博士,教授,硕/博士生导师。1992年获西安电子科技大学电子工程系学士学位,1997年获西安电子科技大学通信与电子系统专业博士学位;1997年10月至1999年9月,在西北工业大学计算机科学与技术博士后流动站从事博士后研究;出站后调入深圳大学,2004年晋升为教授。现为中国体视学会理事、中国体视学会图像分析分会常务理事。长期从事智能信息处理等领域的研究工作,曾获军队科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖1项、三等奖1项,广东省科技进步三等奖1项,深圳市科技进步一等奖1项。拥有30余项国家发明专利及软件著作权。

主要从事信号与信息处理等领域的教学和科研工作。近年来重点关注联邦学习、智能信息处理技术、压缩感知技术、DSP技术等在低空、超低空防空预警和通用航空飞行器监视等领域的应用研究,完成了国家科技支撑计划项目“通用航空综合运行支持系统”和深圳市科技计划项目"多传感器组网系统及应用研究"、"传感器网络关键技术研究"及多项企事业单位委托等课题,突破了低空目标的多传感器组网信息融合、目标检测、目标识别和目标跟踪和精确定位等多项关键技术和装备,获得军队科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖1项、三等奖1项。

联邦学习、智能信息处理、雷达信号处理、压缩感知、脑影像处理、多源信息融合等
