个人简介

2016年在香港科技大学获得电子及计算机工程博士学位,随后在香港科技大学先进显示与光电子技术国家重点实验室从事副研究员的研究工作;2017年入职深圳大学,任助理教授;2019年被聘为特聘副研究员;2022年被聘为特聘研究员;2023年被聘为长聘副教授。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、深港联合资助项目 (A)、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广东省教育厅特色创新项目等多个项目,被资助金额超千万;在IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, IEEE Electron Device Letters, Society for Information Display等国际权威电子期刊与会议上发表论文130余篇;拥有14项专利申请;撰写2本英文专著中的3个章节;长期担任等多个SCI期刊和国际会议评审人;担任国家自然科学基金评审人、广东省自然科学基金评审人。2018年被评为深圳市海外高层次人才,南山区领航人才2020年成为IEEE高级会员。
