深圳大学特聘教授何业军团队2026年专职研究人员招聘启事

因科研工作需要，现面向海内外招聘电磁场与电磁波/天线/微波&毫米波电路理论及相关研究领域专职研究人员1名。
一、研究方向；
1、电磁场与电磁波/天线/微波&毫米波电路理论及应用研究；
2、其他相关方向。
二、聘期待遇（每年34-40万元RMB，税后每年30万起，另加科研绩效奖励；聘期从入职日到2031年1月31日止）
1.按深圳大学专职研究人员管理规定，每月由学校发放专职研究人员基本工资及住房补贴；
2.每月350元用餐补贴，每年发放10个月。
三、应聘要求

1、具有海内外博士或博士后科研经历（年龄不超过35周岁）；

2、博士或博士期间在国际期刊上发表过高水平学术期刊论文（不少于6篇）；

3、有较强的电磁场与电磁波或相关领域研究背景；

4、身体健康，诚实守信，事业心强，有团队合作精神；

5、全职在深圳大学从事科研工作；

2026  Research Fellow Recruitment

Shenzhen University (Sino-British Antennas and Propagation Joint Laboratory of MOST, Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation, and Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation) are recruiting one research fellow in the areas of Electromagnetic Fields and Waves/Antennas/Microwave Engineering and mmWave Circuits.

1、Research Areas:

(1)Electromagnetic Fields and Waves/Antennas/Microwave Engineering and mmWave Circuits

(2)Other relevant areas

2、Position start date: Available immediately

3、Position deadline: Open until fully filled

4、Salary and Benefits(Annual basic salary 340K-400K RMB plus research achievements bonus)

5、Conduct the research mainly at the Shenzhen University.

6、Requirements:
(1) PhD graduates (including spring or autumn graduates); oversea study or work experience is preferred; no more than 35 years old.

(2) Have published high quality research papers in the international peer-review journals (more than 6 papers) during the PhD and Postdoctor study.

(3) Strong research background in Electromagnetic Fields and Waves, and other relevant fields.

(4) Healthy, honest, with a strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.

(5) Full-time working.
