个人简介
方虎，深圳大学附属华南医院研究员，于香港大学获得博士学位，研究领域为肿瘤基因组学与生物信息学。研究主要通过生物信息以及人工智能方法对肿瘤多组学数据进行挖掘，探索肿瘤基因组的突变特征以及DNA损伤与修复对突变形成的影响。发表SCI论文13篇，其中代表性工作以第一作者发表在Science Advances, Genome Medicine, PLoS Genetics等期刊上。
