2.个人简介

马婧,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,药物临床试验机构办公室主任。2019年博士毕业于香港大学,博士导师为黄思齐教授。主持国自然面上项目、青年基金、深圳市优秀科技创新人才培养优青项目、深圳市医学研究专项资金等多项科研项目,研究经费600余万元。近年来以第一作者和通讯作者身份在Adv Mater.,Adv Func Mater.,Cell Rep.,Biomaterials,Biosens Bioelectron.,Mol. Ther.,ACS Appl Mater Interfaces.等高水平学术期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。授权发明专利7项。


3.主要研究方向

        1. 医学大语言模型与智能体

        聚焦于构建面向医疗健康领域的专用大语言模型与智能决策系统,开展医学文本语义理解、临床知识问答、病历自动生成与辅助诊断等研究。通过融合医学知识图谱与深度学习技术,开发具备可解释性与安全性的医疗智能体,支持临床决策、患者管理与科研辅助等多场景应用。

        2. 生物分子相互作用模拟与预测

        结合计算生物学与人工智能方法,开展蛋白质-蛋白质、蛋白质-小分子等生物分子相互作用的建模与预测研究。利用图神经网络、分子对接模拟与结构生物学数据,探索疾病相关分子机制,辅助靶点识别与药物筛选,推动精准医学发展。

        3. 医学图像处理与分析

        围绕医学影像开展智能处理与分析研究,包括图像分割、特征提取、病灶检测与分类等任务。结合深度学习与多模态数据融合技术,提升影像诊断的自动化与精准度,支持临床辅助诊断与治疗评估。
