何业军，男，湖北人，深圳大学电子与信息工程学院教授，博士生导师，国家重点研发计划政府间国际合作重点专项项目负责人。深圳市“鹏城学者”特聘教授，深圳大学优秀学者，深圳市海外高层次人才“孔雀计划”B类专家，深圳市高层次专业人才地方级领军人才，深圳市南山区领航人才。英国工程技术学会会士（IET Fellow, 2016)，IEEE天线与传播学会深圳分会主席(2022年获IEEE天线与传播学会杰出分会奖，每年全球评选3个) ，国际电子电气工程师学会高级会员(2009)，中国通信学会高级会员（2007）, 中国电子学会高级会员（2011），广东省通信标准化技术委员会委员（2020-2025）。先后在香港理工大学、香港中文大学、加拿大滑铁卢大学（访问教授）、美国佐治亚理工学院（访问教授、高级访问学者）、新加坡国立大学（高级研究学者、访问教授）工作或访问。现任国家科技部中英天线与电波联合实验室主任、广东省基站天线与电波工程技术研究中心主任、深圳市天线与电波重点实验室主任、深圳市基站天线与射频工程技术研究中心副主任(与摩比天线公司合作共建)、深圳大学-广和通无线通信联合实验室主任。在国内外期刊及国际知名会议上发表学术论文300余篇，其中IEEE Trans./Magazine等SCI期刊论文130余篇。以第一署名出版学术著作4部（含译著3部），并合作编写著作3部。获授权专利近20项。多次入选全球前2%顶尖科学家（World's Top 2% Scientists）职业长期影响力榜单及年度影响力榜单。负责组织IEEE射频与天线技术国际学术研讨会(IEEE International Workshop on Radio Frequency and Antenna Technologies)。以第一完成人获2022年度广东省科技进步二等奖（2023年5月），第十届广东省专利优秀奖，2017年度广东省科技进步三等奖（2018年2月），2016年度深圳市科技进步二等奖（2017年5月）。多次获深圳大学优秀硕士生指导教师（2014,2017，2018）。深圳大学3年定期考核优秀教师（2017-2019）。作为项目负责人主持国家、省、市级项目及横向课题40余项；作为主要成员参与完成国家“863计划”项目2项、国家科技重大专项1项、国家自然科学基金项目1项、国家自然科学基金重大项目1项、香港研究资助局项目多项。主要研究方向：无线通信[宽带和超宽带无线通信技术、5G/6G移动通信技术、多输入多输出 ( MIMO）多载波（包括OFDM）传输技术、通信中的数字信号处理和智能信息处理、通信系统非线性行为研究]、天线与射频等。
主要学术及社会兼职：现担任国家自然科学基金委、国家科技部、国家教育部、广东省科技厅、江苏省科技厅、江西省科技厅、湖北省科技厅、浙江省科技厅、陕西省教育厅、深圳市科技创新局、深圳市发展和改革委员会、深圳市工业和信息化局等部门项目函评/会评专家；现担任IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters, IEEE Antennas and Propagation Magazine，China Communications，International Journal of Communication Systems等SCI国际期刊副编辑(Associate Editor)。曾任IEEE Network等的副编辑；现担任如下国内期刊及国际期刊的审稿人：《通信学报》、《电子学报》、《北京邮电大学学报》、IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation、IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letter、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Wireless Communications、IEEE Communications Letters、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、International Journal of Communication Systems、Wireless Personal Communications等。
BIO: Yejun He (IEEE Senior Member, 2009) received the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, in 2005. From 2005 to 2006, he was a Research Associate with the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. From 2006 to 2007, he was a Research Associate with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. In 2012, he was a Visiting Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada. From 2013 to 2015, he was an Advanced Visiting Scholar (Visiting Professor) with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA. From 2023 to 2024, he is an Advanced Research Scholar (Visiting Professor) with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore, Singapore.
Since 2006, He has been a Faculty Member with Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China, where he is currently a Full Professor with the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, the Director of Guangdong Engineering Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation,the Director of the Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation, Shenzhen, China, and the Chair of IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society-Shenzhen Chapter. He has authored or coauthored more than 280 research articles, seven books, and holds about 20 patents. He was listed as “World's Top 2% Scientists 2021 & 2022”(Career-long impact). His research interests include wireless communications, antennas, and radio frequency.
Dr. He has been a Fellow of IET since 2016, a Senior Member of IEEE since 2009, a Senior Member of the China Institute of Communications since 2007 and a Senior Member of the China Institute of Electronics since 2011.He is currently an Associate Editor for the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MOBILE COMPUTING, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ANTENNAS AND PROPAGATION ,IEEE ANTENNAS AND WIRELESS PROPAGATION LETTERS, IEEE Antennas and Propagation Magazine, International Journal of Communication Systems, China Communications and ZTE Communications. He served as an Associate Editor of IEEE Network.
He was the General Chair for IEEE ComComAp 2019 and the TPC Chair for IEEE ComComAp2021. He was/is a Reviewer for various journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics,IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters, IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, International Journal of Communication Systems, and Wireless Personal Communications. He was/is a Technical Program Committee Member or a Session Chair for various conferences, including the IEEE Global Telecommunications Conference (GLOBECOM), the IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC), the IEEE Wireless Communication Networking Conference (WCNC), the IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference (VTC), the IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation (APS), the European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP), the Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference (APMC), and so on.
