报告摘要:
To the wireless power transfer (WPT) system with arbitrary transmitting/Receiving elements, not only the maximum transfer efficiency (MTE), but also the optimum source and load impedance to achieve the maximum MTE have been derived from the impedance matching condition at the input and output ports by using S parameters. Certainly, they can be obtained by using Z parameters because S parameter and Z parameter can be transfer each other. In this lecture, firstly, the efficiency calculator of wireless power transfer system called as E-WPT will be introduced, then the examples of MTEs obtained by using S parameters and by using Z parameters will be demonstrated. Especially, the application of Z parameters to the WPT system using the magnetically coupling coils or resonance version will be described in detail, showing that the MTE and the optimum load impedance obtained by Z parameter agree with those based on the circuit theory. Finally, some videos related with WPT applications will be demonstrated.
