2024 IEEE 7th International Workshop on Radio Frequency and Antenna Technologies Held Successfully

From May 31 to June 3, 2024 IEEE 7th International Workshop on Radio Frequency and Antenna Technologies (IEEE iWRF&AT 2024 or RFAT 2024) was successfully held in Shenzhen, China.

The conference was hosted by Shenzhen University and IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society, with technically support by IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society-Shenzhen Chapter. The following affiliations also provided huge support:  National Key Laboratory of RF Heterogeneous and Heterostructured Integration (Shenzhen University), Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Heterogeneous Integration Technology, Sino-British Antennas and Propagation Joint Laboratory of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, Guangdong Engineering Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation as well as Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation.

Academician Prof Zhining Chen from the National University of Singapore, Prof. Amir Boag from Tel Aviv University, Prof. Branislav M. Notaros from Colorado State University, Dr. Wen Tong from Huawei R&D Canada, Prof. Hiroyuki Arai from Yokohama National University, Prof. Wei Hong from Southeast University, Prof. Khaled B. Letaief from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Prof. Andrea Massa from the University of Trento, gave keynote speeches.

There were 8 keynote speeches, 12 invited sessions, and 30 oral presentation sessions. Papers meeting IEEE standards and quality requirements will be included in the IEEExplore database and indexed by EI. It was the first time for Shenzhen University to administrate an IEEE international academic conference with independent management capability and papers can be retrieved by EI since Shenzhen University was established 41 years ago, which has received wide attention from domestic and foreign counterparts.
