深圳大学何业军团队2021年博士后招聘启事

因科研工作需要,依托于深圳大学的广东省基站天线与电波工程技术研究中心、深圳市天线与电波重点实验室联合英国肯特大学Steven Gao教授课题组,现面向海内外招聘电磁场与电磁波/天线/微波、毫米波电路理论及相关研究领域博士后研究人员2名。
一、研究方向;
1、电磁场与电磁波/天线/微波、毫米波电路理论及应用研究;
2、其他相关方向。
二、聘期待遇(每年33-36万元RMB,税后每年30万起,另加科研绩效奖励)
1.基本待遇:
a)按深圳大学博士后管理规定,每月由学校发放博士后研究人员基本工资8000元RMB,住房补贴2240元RMB;
b)每年发放18万元RMB的博士后津贴(其中深圳市政府6万元、深圳大学补贴12万元,共计18万元,免税);
c)课题组每月发放>2000元的科研津贴,如果工作业绩突出,将额外给予一定的科研奖励。
d)每月350元用餐补贴,每年发放10个月。
年均最低基本待遇总额:
180000+(8000+2240+2000)×12+350×10=33.038万元
2.满足特定条件的奖励待遇:
如果满足以下两个条件,学校额外每月增加2000元奖励工资:
a)进站时为33周岁以下,获得博士学位在1年以内(以博士后到校报到时间为限)。
b)以下二项符合其中一项:
(I)泰晤士高等教育世界大学前200名高校(包括国内)应届或一年内毕业的博士。
(II)在博士期间发表3篇JCR二区以上学术论文的。
满足该条件的博后平均税后年薪为
180000+(8000+2240+2000+2000)×12+350×10=35.438万元
3.出站后可享受的人才政策:
a)留校条件:在站期间申请到国家自然科学基金青年基金,且体现出较出色的科研能力,优先推荐留校任教职。
b)博士后出站留深工作,可享受深圳市有关规定的待遇:有30万元科研启动经费。工作3年可申请深圳市高层次人才,享受160万奖励补助(免税)。具有国外学历者可申请深圳市孔雀人才计划,有300-500万科研启动经费,以及160万-200万的奖励补助(免税)。
三、研究工作开展方式
以国内工作为主,申请人可在英国肯特大学开展短期访问。
四、应聘要求
1、博士毕业生(含春季或秋季应届生),有境外学习或工作经历者优先;
2、博士期间在国际期刊上发表过高水平学术期刊论文;
3、有较强的电磁场与电磁波或相关领域研究背景;
4、身体健康,诚实守信,事业心强,有团队合作精神;
5、全职从事博士后研究工作;

                   2021 Postdoctoral Research Fellow Recruitment

Shenzhen University (Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation, and Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation) and the University of Kent (Prof. Steven Gao’s Group) are recruiting two joint postdoctoral research fellows in the areas of Electromagnetic Fields and Waves/Antennas/Microwave Engineering and MM-Wave Circuits.

  6. Salary and Benefits (Annual basic salary 330K-360K RMB plus research achievements bonus)
    4.1 Minimum annual basic salary, above RMB300 K/year (after-tax) which includes:

a) Monthly salary 8K RMB and rental allowance 2.24K RMB per month offered by the university.
b) You can get 180K RMB (duty free) from the Shenzhen government and the university (normally 3 months after registration) and another 180K RMB (duty free) after mid-term presentation (normally in the second year).
c) More than 2K RMB per month provided by the lab.
d) Meal allowances 0.2K per month for 10 months a year.
Minimum annual basic salary: 180K+(8k+2.24k+2K)×12+0.35K×10=330.38K RMB

4.2 Additional RMB 2k/month for postdoctoral research fellows who are less than 33 years old and within 1 year after PhD graduation if you got PhD degree from the first 200 Universities in Times Higher Education World University Rankings, or you have three journal publications at (above) JCR 2th level.
Annual basic salary: 180K+(8k+2.24k+2K+2K)12+0.35K×10=354.38K RMB

4.3 Benefits after the end of contract:
a) You may have the priority for applying a faculty position at Shenzhen University if you can receive a funding from the NSFC and demonstrate outstanding research capabilities during the contract duration.
b) You can receive a total research funding about 300K RMB if you stay working in the Shenzhen city after the end of contract. And you can also receive a benefit of 1.6M RMB (duty free) if you keep working in Shenzhen for another 3 years. For those who obtained the PhD degree outside China, they can apply for the Shenzhen Peacock Plan and receive a research funding around 3M-5M RMB and a benefit of 1.6M-2.0M RMB (duty free).

  1. Research Method:
    Conduct the research mainly at the Shenzhen University, with opportunities to visit the University of Kent.

  2. Requirements:
    (1) PhD graduates (including spring or autumn graduates); oversea study or work experience is preferred;

(2) Have published high quality research papers in the international peer-review journals during the PhD study.
(3) Strong research background in Electromagnetic Fields and Waves, and other relevant fields.
(4) Healthy, honest, with a strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.
(5) Full-time working.
