2.【基站天线研究方向2】5G (Sub6GHz)天线小型化;多频阵列天线的异频去耦和同频去耦研究;T+F非独立组网5G阵列研究;馈电网络分口匹配、幅相一致性研究。

3.【基站天线研究方向3】5G毫米波频段天线波束赋形技术研究;天线数字波束赋形和混合波束赋形研究;多频、混合波束、T+F阵列赋形优化算法研究。

4.【基站天线研究方向4】高辐射效率毫米波天线研究;新材料和超材料在5G天线的应用研究;非独立组网5G天线介质去耦、纠偏波束的研究。

5.【基站天线研究方向5】5G毫米波大规模有源阵列天线的研究;5G通信中有源阵列天线(AAU)研究、毫米波段低剖面相控阵天线设计研究、微波/毫米波双极化相控阵天线设计研究。

四、任职要求


1.电磁场与微波技术、通信与信息工程、电子工程、物理学、自动化、机械设计、新材料、计算机、天线与滤波器设计及新能源领域技术等背景优先。

2.获得国内外博士学位或由其它博士后科研流动站(工作站)出站的博士后研究人员,海归、985高校背景优先。

3.具有较高的宏观分析能力、课题研究能力和文字表达能力。

4.具备全脱产在本站从事博士后研究工作的条件。

5.具备一定的沟通技巧及善于阐述自己观点者优先。

6.年龄不超过35岁。

五、薪资待遇

政府补助:

1. 基本待遇不低于30万元/年,具体金额视候选人洽谈情况定。

2. 提供公寓住宿。

博士后出站留深工作,可享受深圳市有关规定的待遇。

七、培养方式及管理

博士后由深圳大学与摩比天线技术(深圳)有限公司联合培养,博士后进出站由深圳大学负责考核,日常工作生活事宜由摩比天线技术(深圳)有限公司负责考核。

Its headquarter is located in Shenzhen high tech Industrial Park and listed on the main board of Hong Kong in 2009 (Stock Code: HK0947). The company has been committed to constantly promoting the industrial technology progress in the field of China's mobile communication, the formulation and industrialization process of the fifth generation mobile communication technology standards, driving the transformation of made in China to created in China, and helping the change of China's innovative technology society. III、Research Directions

  1. [Base station antennas] Research on 5G millimeter wave antenna beamforming technology, research on antenna digital beamforming and hybrid beamforming, research on high radiation efficiency millimeter wave antenna, applications of new materials and metamaterials in 5G antenna, research on 5G millimeter wave massive MIMO active array antenna, research on different frequency decoupling and same frequency decoupling of multi frequency array antenna.

  2. [Base station filter] research and product development of miniaturized high-performance filter technology, theoretical research and product development of new dielectric material filter technology, research and product development of multimode filter technology, theoretical research of 5G millimeter wave filter design, and development of fast and efficient filter simulation technology.

  3. [Pico base station technology] Research on 5G high-speed baseband processing technology.

  4. [New material and technology] 5G millimeter wave filter material and technology research, 5G millimeter wave band device welding technology research.

IV、Job requirements

  1. Professional backgrounds in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, information and communication engineering, electronic engineering, physics, automation, mechanical design, new materials, antenna and filter design are preferred.

  2. Postdoctoral researchers who have obtained doctor's degree at mainland and overseas or who are outbound from other postdoctoral research stations (workstations), with overseas study and work experience are preferred.

  3. Be healthy, honest and trustworthy, have a strong sense of career, and have a team spirit;

  4. Full time postdoctoral research, no more than 35 years old.

V、Salary and remuneration

The basic treatment shall not be less than 300000 yuan RMB/year, and the exact salary depends on the candidate's ability and professional experience.

If postdoctors leave the station and then contintue to work in Shenzhen can enjoy the treatment stipulated by Shenzhen.

The postdoctors are jointly trained by MOBI antenna technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen University. The daily work and life matters are assessed by MOBI antenna technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and the entrance and exit of postdoctors are assessed by Shenzhen University.
